These terms cover your use of the NextStop app and the website at nextstopapp.co. By creating an account or using NextStop, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1.Who can use NextStop
You must be at least 13 years old to use NextStop. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use NextStop with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2.Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know at [email protected] if you think your account has been compromised.
3.Location sharing
NextStop offers live location sharing. It is opt-in and your live location is shared only with the friends you choose, only while you have it turned on. You can stop sharing at any time. Don't use NextStop to track or share anyone's location without their knowledge and consent.
4.Acceptable use
When using NextStop, you agree not to:
- Break the law, or use the app to harass, stalk, or harm anyone.
- Share another person's location or personal information without consent.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
- Upload content you don't have the right to share.
5.Affiliate links
Some links in NextStop and on this site are affiliate links to partners such as Tripadvisor and Booking.com. If you book or purchase through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are based on your taste and quality, not on commissions.
6.Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create in NextStop (plans, photos, recaps, messages). You grant us a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the service for you and the friends you share it with.
7.Our content
The NextStop name, logo, app, and website are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
8.Service "as is"
NextStop is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that place information, ETAs, or recommendations will be perfectly accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Always use your own judgment when going places and meeting people.
AI features. Some features use AI (via OpenAI) to generate plans, suggestions, and responses. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so treat it as a starting point, not professional advice, and verify anything important (hours, prices, bookings) before you rely on it.
9.Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service over time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above. You can stop using NextStop and delete your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
